Nedcommunity is the first Italian based association aiming at enhancing, supporting and developing the role of non executive members of board of directors and supervisory boards.
The association promotes the dialogue on corporate governance issues, basically through communities, research and teamwork on most relevant topics at domestic and international level.
Association members are non executive and independent directors, members of statutory audit and supervisory boards, in listed companies or groups or in large non listed companies.
The association is open also to researchers , experts and young professionals who are interested in issues related to corporate governanace.
